Blood over Bright Haven by M.L.Wang book review: 4 stars.
A refreshing take on a new magic system. I loved how spells are written and “programmed” rather than waved around with a wand. M.L.Wang has created a very determined, head strong but also caring female main character.
I feel like I really went on a journey with this book and would never had predicted all the twists and turns this novel goes through.
Really enjoyed this stand alone but kinda hope there’s a book 2.
